Starting Five

Build a starting five and see if your lineup can beat one of the league’s most iconic teams.

Scoring is only part of it. Defense, playmaking and spacing all count, and five stars who all need the ball will not fit together.

Instructions

  1. 1Draw a random team-season.
  2. 2Choose one player from that roster for your lineup.
  3. Note: Player salaries are adjusted to today’s cap based on their cost relative to the cap in that season.
  4. 3Don’t like your draw? Reroll for $5M.
  5. 4Fill all five positions, stay within your budget, and see how your lineup performs against your opponent.
